Research Interests
Very broadly, I am interested in using GIS and other spatial technologies to solve problems within conservation biology. For my undergraduate research, I pursued this focus by developing a spatial model of the extents of artificial light at night, and testing the effects of varying levels of artificial light on amphibian growth. I am now looking forward to predicting and preventing occurrences of invasive plant species during my time at UMass.
