Karen Terwilliger

As founder and principal of TCI, Karen has helped numerous organizations develop practical and effective solutions to a wide range environmental problems. Karen draws on decades of conservation experience when guiding groups to consensus or synthesizing large volumes of research to support decision-making. Before starting Terwilliger Consulting, Inc. (TCI) in 1995, Karen was the non-game and endangered wildlife program manager for the state of Virginia and worked for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Karen holds a B.S. and M.S. in Wildlife Biology.
