Heidi Golden
Overview
After completing her Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Connecticut and an NE CASC postdoctorall fellowship, Heidi founded Golden Ecology LLC where she leads business operations and also serves as an aquatic ecologist. Golden Ecology (GEco) incorporates science from the fields of ecology and evolutionary biology into sustainable management practices. She works with academic institutes, government agencies, and consulting firms to forward understanding, theory, and practice of sustainable ecosystem management.
