Research Interests

My research interests include how future land use changes, supplemented by an increase in storm frequency and intensity due to climate change, will amplify the amount of stormwater runoff flowing into our surface water bodies. This is expected to cause detrimental downstream effects like flooding and water quality degradation. My hope is to bring together interest groups and decision makers to keep the public informed and influence the implementation of appropriate stormwater management regulations to address our future in a changing climate.
